Your data is backed up, and it belongs to you. Report exports to Excel are included from the Growth plan upwards. If you ever leave Digilight PMS, your data leaves with you — we will never hold it back.
Not yet. Travel website connections are being built and are not live today, so please do not choose Digilight PMS for that reason alone. When they launch, they are included in the Growth plan and above at no extra cost. Everything else — bookings, check-in, GST billing, housekeeping, food billing and reports — works today.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time — there is no contract, no minimum term and no termination fee. If you are on an annual plan, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
The app is in English. Our support team speaks Hindi and English, so if anything is unclear, you can ask us in the language you are comfortable with.
Plans start at ₹999 per month, plus 18% GST. Every price is published on our pricing page — there is nothing to negotiate and no quote to request.
Yes. On annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access — the equivalent of 2 months free. On the Starter plan that is ₹9,990 for the year instead of ₹11,988, which works out to ₹833 a month. Monthly billing stays available on every plan, and you can switch.
